Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product Our ZeroWater has made a huge difference in the taste of our water and everything using water as an ingredient (coffee, tea, recipes). My only complaint would be the design of the pitcher in that when filled to the level at which some water remains in the top if you pour a glass the untreated water will leak out the spout as the lid doesn't completely seal that area. A small problem but it could be easily eliminated with a redesign of the lid. We have a different filtering device that doesn't do this but the ZeroWater is so far superior in terms of treating the water that we no longer use the other brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I notice the difference I have been using the Zero water system for about two years now. To be honest I was wondering if the filters were set to start tasting funny and reading higher after a certain amount of time (it could happen) because they ran out about the same time every month. But then I moved from Texas (untreated water readings of about 350) to Oregon (Untreated water readings of about 50) and my filters last a lot longer (makes sense). I am very pleased with the results and feel protected from unwanted 'stuff' in my water. Thanks zero water. No, this is not a paid advertisement, lol.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far so good We had a brita system and after having a water warning and noticing particles in our water, we opted to try out the Zero system. After 2 more water warnings, we noticed the new zero system continually read 000 even after the warnings! Very happy with the system although once in awhile the tops of the filters seem to "leak" particles and turn the top yellowish. It doesn't seem to alter the reading however as the water continues to read 000 so we tend to not worry about it and just keep it clean when it occurs. The price of the filters is a bit high and it appears there is no inline filter system for ice makers (someone needs to create one please)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Filter Bought the 23 cup dispenser almost 4 months ago and love it. Live in an area where the TDS is pretty low (44 from the tap). Needless to say I haven't had to change the filter yet, and just to make sure the tester was still working I add some tap water to the filtered water and normally get a reading of 15 to 20. I'm just amazed that the reading from the dispenser still reads "000" after almost 4 months of use.
