Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tastes great Had & compared Brita and Pur water filters but ZeroWater is the best of them all. Has taste of the home delivered, bottled water with less cost and more convenience. Good product. One problem, bought the large rectangular container with finger push button/spout. At times, spout will leak and push button is a little hard to press. Other than that, I am completely satisfied. Have gone through one filter so far. My tap water is 008 without filtering, but I have seen the inside of the pipes in my area--will stick to filtering my water. Thanks for your product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not for and high TDS area I bought my first Pitcher not even a week ago. The Water tastes great. Today 5 days after we started using Zero Water the Water started to taste funny after filtration. I live in an area with a TDS of 700+ . If one filter dose not even lasts me for one week this will get extremely expensive soon, even with coupons .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product Our ZeroWater has made a huge difference in the taste of our water and everything using water as an ingredient (coffee, tea, recipes). My only complaint would be the design of the pitcher in that when filled to the level at which some water remains in the top if you pour a glass the untreated water will leak out the spout as the lid doesn't completely seal that area. A small problem but it could be easily eliminated with a redesign of the lid. We have a different filtering device that doesn't do this but the ZeroWater is so far superior in terms of treating the water that we no longer use the other brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I notice the difference I have been using the Zero water system for about two years now. To be honest I was wondering if the filters were set to start tasting funny and reading higher after a certain amount of time (it could happen) because they ran out about the same time every month. But then I moved from Texas (untreated water readings of about 350) to Oregon (Untreated water readings of about 50) and my filters last a lot longer (makes sense). I am very pleased with the results and feel protected from unwanted 'stuff' in my water. Thanks zero water. No, this is not a paid advertisement, lol.
