Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely! Fabulous iron! the best on the market. However, one literally cannot see the water level!!!! You need to re-design the window so that the amount of water can be seen = a major drawback, and enough so that people would NOT want to purchase it. SERIOUSLY. My friends all say the same thing, and several have switched to another brand for that very reason. You're losing customers and money. Get your engineers to work! I've kept mine because I love how it presses. Nevertheless, that (lack of) "window" is a true annoyance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful iron Overall I love this iron. It is awkward to fill with water because it must lay down and to see the fill line it must continually be set back up. To eliminate the guesswork I use a large syringe to fill it up in the standing position. The other issue I have is with the water spray button. It is positioned at the front of the hand hold so I accidentally press it with my hand all the time - very irritating. More operating time should train me to hold it differently. The steam is awesome and overall it handles very nicely. The pointed tip is a nice feature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Spitting! I'm 72 and have never owned an iron that didn't give me fits using a steam iron because of all the leakage and spitting. Until now! This Rowenta iron is fabulous. I almost enjoy ironing, because I can see the results of my work and no big wet marks on the clothing. Previously, ironing took probably 3 times as long as it should because of the spitting or leakage. I would have to try to calm the iron down, try to get the wet spot out of the clothes, and even then the piece might show where the leakage occurred. No more! This truly is a great iron!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ugh I recently purchased my Focus steam iron at my local Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It took forever to heat up. Once heated, it would soak my linen pants and left them ridiculously wrinkled. I happened to stay at a Hilton Hotel and used their Sunbeam hospitality classic white iron on the same linen pants my Rowenta soaked and left wrinkled, not only did the Sunbeam leave them completely dry, but they were completely wrinkle free to my liking. I am returning my Rowenta without a backward glance and buying an under $20 Sunbeam immediately.
