Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great until it starts leaking This iron is fantastic in the beginning, but around the 1 year mark it starts leaking where the power cord enters the iron. I have had this happen to me on this specific model three different times now. After some time the iron will just start leaking and I don't mean dribbling. I could have the iron sitting on the ironing board, walk out of the room and come back to a big puddle on the floor because it empty all the water in the iron. If I wasn't getting these replaced for free I would've moved on a long time ago. If Rowenta can fix the leaking issues this iron would be 5 stars all the way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent iron This iron glides easily across fabric. It is the perfect weight, not too heavy, not too light. I love that you can adjust the amount of steam depending on fabric that is being ironed. The only downside to the iron for me is that the heat setting dial is a bit difficult for me to read. The settings don't stand out on the dial and the dial is located under the handle. I haven't tried to use it as a clothing steamer yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great performance! I use my Rowenta iron on a weekly basis and overall I am very pleased with the performance. However, not so pleased with the way you have to fill the iron up with water. You cannot see very easily how much water is in the iron. I am getting use to it now and I would still by the iron again as the performance is outstanding!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Focus Steam Iron The only water I have in my house is soft water (through a water softener). Therefore I'm really not sure about "tap" water. Is my tap water ok to use? Because I don't have an answer to that question I have only used the iron dry. I would appreciate an answer so I can use the steam feature. Thank you.
