Rated 1 out of 5 by girliegirl17 from beautiful but poorly made This bead is absolutely gorgeous! My husband gave it to me for our anniversary but within a couple of days 4 of the crystals fell out. So I thought I'd try it again and ordered it online since the store did not have anymore. The order arrived just as it was supposed to and it was simple to order. This time the crystals did not fall out but the whole heart came off the hook luckily I found it on the floor. It did sparkle quite a bit which made it easy to find. In fact I saw it sparkling on the floor before I saw it missing from my bracelet. I will be returning it, and may try it one more time because it really is beautiful, maybe the third time will be a charm!

One of the crystals fell out the very first day and when it fell off of my bracelet I lost the whole charm. Will never buy another dangling charm from here again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by 1missy from Opps! IT BROKE I have no idea why this was made with a clip closure when it slips on the bracelet. Within one month, clasp broke and got lost. Found it after searching for hours, returned for different charm altogether.
