I am very disappointed in the customer service that comes with this crib. I was unable to get one of the rails to attach due to the holes being drilled incorrectly. I contacted DREAMONME directly and they first sent new screws. It still didn't work. I contacted them again and they said they would send a new rail. That was 4 weeks ago and still I haven't received it. When I called them two weeks ago they said they'd been closed for a week for a religious holiday so it didn't get shipped but I was to receive it the following week. Still no rail. Very disappointing.

Color is off, but still a good crib
We bought this crib and love how sturdy it is, and how easy it was to put together. However, we ordered it in 'ESPRESSO' but really it barely passes for a medium brown. Thank goodness we aren't picky.

My 8 yr old built it!
This crib was so simple, my 8 year old built it with my supervision. It is really light, which at first seemed "cheap" but once built is sturdy. For someone on a budget this crib is the way to go. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Nice Crib Bad Color
This crib really is quite nice. Only bad is that I ordered Expresso and it is not even close. More like a cherry finish. Expresso matched all the other furniture so a little disappointing but will keep it and use it.
