Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopper bead doesn't stop! I purchased two of these beads to use on the Individuality cuff bracelet. Imagine my surprise when I discovered the stopper beads were too large to actually act as stopper beads! The rubber interior hole was so big they slid around on the bracelet the same as any other bead. I considered returning them but really liked the look of the beads (which is why I rated then "good" for style) so decided to keep them. Unfortunately one bead has lost TWO crystals and one bead has lost ONE crystal and I don't think I have worn the bracelet more than half a dozen times yet. Very disappointed all around.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stones keep falling out I've had this item in blue, green and pink. I had the blue one first and when about 6 stones fell out, I went to exchange it. They didn't have another blue so I got the green. The same thing happened and when I went to exchange it all they had was the pink. Now I am missing one stone out of the pink one. It's getting to the point where I'm just going to exchange it for a stopper with no stones. All of these exchanges have been since September of 2013 when I got the blue one for my birthday.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It was less than week after I received my crystal stopper beads that I noticed that one of the stoppers is missing 5 of the little crystals. I searched for my receipt but was unsuccessful in finding it. The stoppers are beautiful, but not well made. Hopefully they can fix this issue so that someone else does not get disappointed . Rated 1 out of 5 by from stones fell out Very disappointed. I have been buying charms for several years & the quality has been fine. But with this last purchase the quality has really suffered. I had four stones to fall out in a short time It made my bracelet look cheap I have returned it. I can say that at customer service I was treated with respect & no problem with the return.
