Frustrated
After waiting for the bench to arrive, I was extremely careful talking everything out of the box and inspected every piece. I was nervous because the matching bookcase came completely damaged, and I had to send it back. I assembled everything (side C was actually placed on the directions on the wrong side, but caught that mistake quickly), all until that last screw- that did NOT want to go in. so, the bench is sitting upside-down in my office, because aside from wanting to take a hammer to the stupid thing...I have to walk away.... upset and frustrated. Now, I not only have to wait for the bookshelf to go back, my credit card refunded, but now I have wait to order it again, but I can't even use the bench....yet.

Gorgeous, adorable, good seating and storage
This was not hard to put together. All tools included, easy instructions. Durable enough to use as seating. Great size. The finish is not great quality. There are chips just from putting it together (on the carpet very carefully). I'm going to ask the company to send me some touch up finish. Overall, excellent buy and I'm happy with it.
