Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't work the way I though it would... I purchased this pan because I was tired of the light weight angel food pans that leak when you put the batter in them. Well, this one is heavier, but it still leaks a bit when you add the batter. When I called the help line, they told me I should put waxed paper in the bottom. I should have returned it, but didn't bother. I would suggest to anyone who wants this, they go for the one piece one (it thought that was what this was didn't read the description well I guess).It is worth the extra money in the long run. It will work well for coffee-cake and cheese cake but not for Angel Food Cakes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My First Angel Food Cake I just made my first angel food cake, and even impressed myself with how nicely it turned out. Heard that it was often difficult to get the cake smoothly out of the pan, but not the case with this one. I'll admit I used some baking spray-oil, but I'm not sure I needed it. The cake slid right out of the plan after it cooled. I do wish, though, that it had 'feet' on the rim to use for cooling, since it needs to cool in an upside down position and I had to use a bottle to prop up the inverted pan.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice pan except....... The cake pan did not cook the batter evenly. The top was a beautiful golden brown. When I turned the cake out on a plate the bottom and the sides were burned. The recipe I used had 1 cup of chopped nuts on the bottom of the pan and they were all burned. I would recommend this with the advice to lower the oven temperature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked great. For the most part, it was non-stick. The cake came out great. It was an angel food cake. I had been using a 13"x9" pan for this. The cake would puff up real high, but as it cooled it sunk into itself. Using the right pan makes a big difference.
