Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hindsight is 20/20 Should have made this purchase years ago. After 3 homes and 5 dogs, this should have been in my resource bank since day 1. The only thing is that it leaves the spot quite wet in the end, but I usually finish it off with some suction from the hose. That gets it to the mostly "moist and damp" stage which means a faster drying time. I have now perfected my cleaning with it and only use the amount of water and cleanser I need for one spot instead of filling the whole tank. I've passed this review off to friends who have pets and they will be purchasing theirs soon.

Only used a few times and had to be replaced after a year (issues with leaking and broken parts), used the new one again only about a year and again, leaks, cracked hose that I had to replace, broken brush that I had to replace,and sprayer not working all the time. NOTHING BUT A PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!! Would not recommend to anyone and will never buy another Bissell product!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mixed results I absolutely love the hands-free feature! I have owned 2 spot bots. The first one consistently worked great--it just wore out from near-constant use for 5-6 years. The second one does the job just as well. BUT I can't leave the machine with any water in it sitting for more than a couple of minutes because it leaks. I have to store the clean water tank separately because of this, which is a bit of a nuisance. I've replaced gaskets several times and have even replaced the tanks. I've only had the machine for about 2 years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used for about 4 Months and Broke We received this as a Christmas present a little more than 2 years ago. Due to our house we were in not having carpets we did not need it at the time. We moved this past summer and until then it was in the box. We used it for the first time in July and by the end of October we noticed it leaking water everywhere when we started it. We used it every 3-7 days depending on accidents. For such a piece of equipment to break after such a short time of usage and few uses is a bit upsetting. I spoke to Bissel and they were trying to send me to a repair facility over an hour away for a warranty repair. When they realised it was out of warranty they informed me to go to a local repair shop. I understand the warranty issue and the occasional lemon product. All I know is I will be thinking twice about buying a Bissel product again.
