Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a to great machine! Love this coffee maker. My grandkids and husband love it too. They make hot cocoa, hot cider and single cups of coffee all the time. It has so many great features like the separate water receptacle for the single cup side. We have had another brand coffee maker with the single cup feature but it was a mess all the time. If you are looking for a dual machine this is the one!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not too good after 6 months Wow, this coffee pot wasn't cheap, I thought it would last. After a few months the gasket that lets water into the coffee pot failed, this made for coffee to drip on to the hot plate, the hot plate got ruined after a few weeks. The filter basket also broke. It still works, but looks nasty, And you end up with grins in the coffee because of the broken basket. Also noticed rust starting around the bottom of the Look-A- Like stainless in the front. Bad design, cheap workmanship, poor quality, cheap plastic parts. Oh, don't forget the expensive water filter they make you buy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mold The hot water dispenser will get slimy and moldy even when you do not put water in it. Condensation from the coffee maker will build on the hot water lid side and drop into the hot water column. The water then sits and gets slimy. Even after cleaning it out with vinegar it is hard to get clear water to run through. Cuisineart was not responsive to this complaint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cuisinart 12 cup coffeemaker and hot water system I love it! I especially like the hot water system. When my grandkids want hot chocolate, or I want a cup of instant coffee or tea, which I drink a lot of it in the winter evenings, it is priceless. The only negative thing I could say, and it is a small negative, it would be easier to fill the coffee pot reservoir if the coffee and hot water were reversed. Filling the coffee pot with water into the reservoir's small opening on the right, next to the hot water system is a little awkward and you have to be careful of any spills while filling and the hot water system has a larger space to pour water
