Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beanbag Toss First, let me be clear, Kohl's customer service is EXCELLENT. Their reps are courteous, concerned about the customer, and address any and all issues. The 1 star here is not a reflection on them or Kohl's store, but on the manufacturer of this product. With that being said, -box was ripped open, receipt missing, board damaged (this item is shipped from the manufacturer) Phoned CS, informed them of situation, and rep reordered this, credited my account even before I had returned item to store. The only inconvenience was I had to return it to the store in this 95 degree heat, and this is heavy/bulky item! The replacement arrived today. -no damage in transit, game boards in tact, BUT velcro missing so carrying boards together now will be cumbersome. Disappointing! Kohl's has been very nice, but this item is just not up the the standard of quality from Kohl's. No one should have to spend this much time with any product! Wasted a lot of time and i just don't have time to return to store, and this is for a family party next week! For the price, you would expect at least better quality and better handling in shipping!
