Can't tune this instrument
I was really excited when I found this guitar. However after receiving it we found that it cannot be tuned correctly as the frets are not in the correct places. It's a fun toy however if you want to learn guitar (with a good ear) go to a music store.

Poorly Constructed
This is a great looking guitar and I purchased it for my son to learn on, however when I received it the neck was broken and it was impossible to tune. It was obvious the break was due to poor craftmanship and not due to the shipping process.

This product has great features
It looks great, sounds good, and has what you need to get started (except a lesson book). Would definitely recommend this product. Good for a beginner.

Good guitar for a ten year old. Just disappointed on how easily the plastic bottom separated from the top of the guitar.
