Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the same as the last 501 jeans I ordered 2 pair of 501 jeans about 6 months ago that had a lot heavier material than these last 2 pairs. Not even close to being as heavy duty. These last 2 pairs of the same jeans are much thinner material. Plus the new pairs have way more room in the rear than the last purchase. I could weight 10 LB heavier and still not fill them out. Also I had to hem them up an inch which I have never had to do. So I'm disappointed in this purchase in the quality of the 501 jeans I just received . Not close to being the same quality as the 2 pairs previously bought from them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely frustrated I recently purchased these in Galindo. First of all, they must have sent me an old pair as the color of the stitching wasn't the same as in the ones on the model in the picture above, and the color didn't seem as rich and blue - they seemed a bit faded. Thought these ran a bit too snug too in the waist and thighs, and I'm about average height and weight at 5"10 and 170. I washed these according to the directions, and the jeans shrank by over 2" in the waist and in the inseam. I couldn't even put them on after and was forced to give them away. Feels like I flushed my money down the toilet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Damaged jeans Levi's quality has spiraled down. The the 501 jeans has a damaged inseam. It has holes as if it was bitten by a snake fangs that turned bigger after washing. What happened to their quality control? buying on line from levi's is a No..No...!!.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hems in the Original 501 Shrink to Fit Jean I am 60 years old and have been wearing Levi 501 Shrink too Fit since I was 13 years old. Yes, I like Levis. However, I have been very, very disappointed with the hems in them any more to the point I am looking for a complete different brand of jean to buy after all these years. The hems anymore instead of being roughly 3/8" to 1/2" are maybe if lucky an 1/8" therefore the hems of the jeans continue to roll up and look absolutely terrible. Very cheaply made anymore and it's very disappointing, shame on you Levi Strauss !!!
