Rated 5 out of 5 by from FOR YOUTH GIRLS These are perfect and hold up to wash after wash. They get dirty after a full day at school, but the cable design and the cotton/poly blend content hold up well after several washes. As the description indicated, they're girl's sizing, not women. Overall, good quality and having two girls in school, the gold band on the toe helps me distinguished the different sizes (1 stripe for small, 2 stripes for medium) after washing. Love it and highly recommend these socks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from SIZING CONFUSION Be careful when selecting size! I selected these socks directly from the Gold Toe website, then came to Kohls.com. to order. I wasn't 100% sure which size to get, so I called Gold Toe directly. I gave them my daughter's shoe size, which is a 12 - 12.5 (she is 6 years old.) The person I spoke with also has a 6 year old and she said she buys the size MEDIUM. I received them today and despite buying what I thought was a MEDIUM, they are a size LARGE! The big problem comes because Gold Toe bases their sizes on shoe sizes. Kohl's sizing is apparently based on sock size. Two totally different things! Kohl's has a link that explains the sizing, but the sizes listed still are not consistent with the Gold Toes sizes. FYI - the Gold Toe package says a size LARGE is = to sock size 9 - 11 & shoe size 2 - 10.5. GOLD TOE SIZES THESE SOCKS AS FOLLOWS: S shoe size 3 - 8.5 M shoe size 9 - 1.5 L shoe size 2 - 10.5 KOHL'S SIZES THESE SOCKS AS FOLLOWS: SMALL = Sock Size 5 - 6.5 or Shoe Size 3 - 8.5 MEDIUM = Sock Size 7 - 8.5 or Shoe Size 9 - 1.5 LARGE = Sock Size 9 - 11 or Shoe Size 2-10.5 As for the quality of the socks, I'm sure they're great. You can't go wrong with Gold Toe. Also, the customer service rep at Kohl's just now was very helpful in getting the size issue worked out.
