Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the BISSELL-Big-Green-Cleaning-Machine-1672 Zero stars. We've owned two old style canisters that were absolutely wonderful. We're so sorry we didn't keep Model 1672. It freed you up from water connections as the older models required, moved around on wheels easily, stored a ton of water, easy to clean, usable as a vacuum if you wanted. The suction was better than the models you rent in the stores today. We decided to rent the new Big Green machine and the Rug Doctor to see which we'd buy. Both are awful. BRING BACK WHAT WORKED! WHY DID BISSELL STOP MAKING A GREAT MACHINE?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Machine I've ever had I had my Bissell machine for 6 years and used it every other day since I had two cats. It's an amazing machine since it has the water filtration. I knew once it was vacuumed up, it was gone for good. Unless it was something I didn't intend on vacuuming. Very easy to get whatever priceless object was in the tank. No messy bags, no mountains of dust I would have to re-vacuum. I now live overseas and had to leave my machine there. I cried, but am now looking to buy another. It's worth it's weight in gold! I did buy a separate hose one for wet, one for dry since it takes a while for the water to dry out. Also, some parts I bought double since they are all plastic.
