Rated 5 out of 5 by from These have the look of stoneware. I ordered a set of these dinner plates; salad plates ; and cereal/salad bowls and was very impressed. They are a more solid, sturdier feel than regular melamine dinnerware. I like lighter weight dinnerware but don't like the "cheap look" of most...voila! these are the answer. Since I don't entertain much or need to impress with fine china, I really am pleased with the look and feel of these pieces. The textures and pattern they used on these make them look more like stoneware or ceramic. The colors are very modern and the size of the pieces, substantial! Very pleased with these

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You would NEVER know they're not ceramic! Great bowls. Bought them for my camper where it's not such a great idea to have glass or ceramic. Perfect size size and made really well. Highly recommend this item. As a matter of fact, I have seen the coordinating pieces to this set (which I plan on purchasing) and they are great too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks so real Manufacturer fooled me. I really thought I got a ceramic bowl. It's Melamine bowl. I bought it by accident but I still love it. I didn't care for Melamine products. I am using this bowl as a fruit display bowl. I can't use it in microwave.
