Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have had some feet problems in the past , therefore, I cannot buy cheap shoes. ASIC had very good reviews, some even mentioned their doctor recommended them. I saw these shoes on their website and then went looking for them locally. I am very happy with these shoes. I work out almost daily and normally put inserts in my shoes. I found I do not need them for these shoes. If you are looking for a comfortable exercise shoe, I would highly recommend them. In the reviews I read, people said to get a 1/2 size larger than you normally wear, so I bought the 8 1/2 instead of 8. They fit perfectly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I hate the redesign I have purchased multiple pairs of Kayanos over the years due to the excellent support and cushioning for my very flat feet. Unfortunately, none of the features I loved in the Kayano 22 carried over into the Kayano 23s redesign. The foot bed is much firmer and flatter than prior years. The toe bed is also significantly narrower so the shoes feel like they run smaller by at least a half a size. If you are a serious runner, you might appreciate the lighter weight of the shoes compared with past models. I am not a serious runner, so these are going back, and I am going to purchase another pair of 22s before they are gone!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Asics has always been my favorites, but they have changed. It took sometime to get use to. Never before have I needed time to adjust to my running shoes, however this pair runs smaller does not cradle feet as well, as past Asics (I.e. Sendai2 - no longer made). I recommend because it is extremely hard to find supportive running shoes, closest I could find, even other brands, more expensive were not imppressive and bulky too. Asics still are good choice, but aware they are half size smaller than previously manufactured.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These shoes are awesome! I bought these shoes because I have pronation, these shoes definitely help the swelling and discomfort of my feet and legs. They also help my back not hurt anymore! It takes a while for them to get broken in, they're tight at first but it's all worth it. Not to mention these shoes are so cute!
