Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would be 5 star IF... it didn't fail after 3 wks! Got the board for Christmas 2016. Really fun, lots of bells and whistles: bluetooth speakers, mobile app, lights front and back, 3 riding modes, nice foot pads, and carrying handle. Haven't rode in a couple of weeks due to the weather. Tried turning it on, but the power button doesn't "click" anymore, which means with the button pushed in, the power comes on, but as soon as the button is released, power is gone. Battery is 100%, confirmed by the lights on board and app. Not much luck with Swagtron customer service yet. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy so far! our first board only lasted 3 days before it went completely dead. I returned to Kohls store because I wasn't getting results from manufacturers. The Kohls associate helped me return defective board and order a new one! The store compensated me for problems and really went the extra mile! Kohls wants to keep shoppers happy!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from very upset A lot of money to spend on something that breaks within 2 weeks. My son hasn't even rode it outside. He got it on January 30 and it's February 10th. We have been working on it for two days. Very heartbreaking! Good while it lasted. Will be returning to Kohl's
