Rated 3 out of 5 by from Convenient but needs improvement The Roku is definitely a convenient way to stream movies and shows on Netflix and Hulu. I've only had it for a couple weeks so I haven't tried any of the other features yet. That being said, I'm already having trouble with it freezing and/or not opening the Netflix link. I have to unplug it to reset it, sometimes more than once. It would also be nice if it could be turned off. The only way to do that is to unplug it. I have noticed that it gets pretty hot to the touch if it is left on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wish I could give more Roku...looked like my solution to ridding my cable bills, but sadly it isn't true. I and my family like to watch TV, we enjoy it. Most of our family time consist of it and with no advertisements/ commercials we thought this had answer our TV prayers. Instead I am getting more of a workout just turning the channels holding the remote control literally a foot from the box. (Arms stretched out) Then when I finally can get a connection it freezes. I was referred from friends that this would be my solution to ridding cable, but it looks like I'll be dependent a little longer. SMH that is until I find something better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I love this product but... I love this product and the price I paid but for some reason the connection cuts in and out while using any of the viewing apps. I checked my internet connection and that doesn't seem to be the problem. Then I checked the hdmi cables and it's not that either. So I googled the problem and someone suggested that I change the screen resolution from 1080p to 720p so I tried that and it didn't fix the problem so I'm at a loss. If I can't figure it out I'm sadly going to return this product to the military exchange cause they have a great return policy. I hope Roku responds to this with a resolution...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Express- exactly fits my needs This Roku is the easiest for my lifestyle and need! I love it! SO EASY-Extreme upgrades! Had the 2015 v of the streaming stick. 4 months after owning (3 mo warranty of course) the remote quit working. We changed wireless routers and I needed to change the name and password for the Roku could access the internet to stream... remote would not work even with new batteries and the phone remote could not connect because tje phone was on the new router!!! Big waste of money! Was given a replacement v2015 remote for Christmas did not work on the first tv... hopefully will on the other!
