Rated 1 out of 5 by from Design flaws I purchased this three weeks ago. have used it 2 to 3 times per week. Yesterday I notice the plastic rollers on the foot pedal are out of round. They are even wearing on the metal parts, if this is what happens in 3 weeks how long will it last? Love the way it moves but with the cheap plastic rollers this isn't made for anyone to use more than 30 minutes a week. Very disappointed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly built My wife bought this 13 months ago...right out of the box the computer wasn't working because the magnets on the frame were mounted incorrectly....new center frame piece sent....2nd one was wrong as well and they sent complete new strider and told us to throw the old one in the trash....so after 2 months to finally use this product all was well....then both the black plastic wheels that roll started cracking and breaking and I did a few repairs......11 months use and one of the welds on the foot pedal broke which was replaced. Over all customer service has been very helpful at replacing broken parts but now one of the black wheels finally cracked and broke 3 days after replacing broken weld piece. My wife is a small woman so its definitely NOT too much weight on it and she uses it 3 or 4 days a week indoors....for the price of this piece of equipment ....not worth the money nor the headaches. Would be good for someone that uses maybe 3 to 4 times a month but definitely not over 140 to 150 lb person. Will NEVER buy Stamina products again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from UNKNOWN YET Had for 2 weeks now. Use is less than an hour a day 7 days a week. User is 165 lbs. Doing just the first beginner program. Only issue so far is a clicking/clunking noise in the left swing arm or pedal areas. Can't really figure out where it is coming from because you must be working out on it for this to happen. You can feel this in your left leg when using the equipment. I have taken this problem area apart and checked for physical damage, correct positioning, enough grease, etc. and have found noting noticeable so fay. Have made sure all bolts are tight. I have written to customer support this morning to figure out what to do. Will report on the findings as soon as I hear back from them. Hopefully the problem is known and can be remedied. I see from another posting here that some welds have broken in the swing arm area and thinking this could also be the problem here, I didn't see any broken welds but may have to take everything apart to look for a broken weld. If support does not come up with a solution to the problem then I will have to return it by next week. Hoping all can be resolved with either parts replacements or complete unit replacement. We really love the workout, so much better than a treadmill, supplies a greater whole body workout without the impact of running and/or jogging. Joe in Illinois.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Serious issue I'm a stroke survivor. I knew this would help in my recovery. The problem is the timer, counter...I cannot make long enough strides to keep it engaged. The magnet on my strider that is supposed to activate the unit isn't positioned well at all. At rest, they are at least 2 inches from each other. So, mine never works properly.
