Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cameras are great The cameras are absolutely great in quality but I have problem with the software that runs the cameras. Sensitivity of the cameras for motion detection is very high. There were 4 adjustments I can do when I bought but now it's 6. If you move from 0 - 1, motion sensor does not work. It will not record anything. But if you move to 2, it will record even a dust particles move. I think EZVIZ consider fixing that issue. I want my cameras to record the motion when there is a movement in pets and people but not the dust particles.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excellent picture, poor motion detection contol The system is great for live viewing. Once the cameras were installed and wires run back to recorder, the setup was very simple. The picture quality at 1080P is very good. Connectivity to my smart phone is easy and works great. My major disappointment is with the sensitivity of the motion detection system. I can adjust the detection sensitivity so it won't pick up a human being at 15 feet but it will still pickup a gnat at 1 foot. The outdoor cameras never stop recording after dark because insects are attracted to the IR light. That makes finding an actual intrusion in playback mode difficult and very time consuming. If I turn on alerts on the indoor cameras, I get an endless stream of false alarms. A cloud passing over the house will trigger an alert even with all the blinds closed! This renders the alert system worthless. And that capability was a major factor in selecting this system.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works But Dissappointed This is our first security camera. It was fairly easy to install. Not to impressed with the picture quality for night time. The main reason for my rating is using the app for this product. Most of the time, it will ask you to type in code which is provided for you. When you type it in, it will show that you entered the incorrect code over and over. This happens all the time. The instructions are awful and will not provide enough information to use this product to the full advantage. On the app, it shows camera 7 & 8, however, we only have 6 camera's. The app will show the 7th and 8th camera image out of order (ex: Camera 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 5, 6). Since we do not have a camera 7 & 8, it shows it's offline in my app and will not let you move those 2 which are offline and are not in use. I would like to be able to move these or delete these. I have to scroll past 7 & 8 in order to view my 5 & 6 camera. It also takes forever to load the camera to view.
