Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bag is defective - frame is okay The frame was fair to put together. Had to carefully fully push the sleeves on from the other corners by pushing the frame down on the ground (on my rug to not damage frame). Some wheels were harder than others to get them to "click", so I had to very carefully push the harder ones down from the top corner of the frame until they clicked. The frame seems fairly steady and I would guess is good for up to a mixed load of clothes, but not for solid heavy towels; I will be testing it for this though. The bag is smaller than pictured in the book and one corner is defectively sewn into the binding, so I have to go through the hassle of getting a replacement. The bag on the three-section also has the same problem of not hanging down straightly, but instead pulling in at the top by two inches from each holding-bar. The two section divider is narrower as well, thus pulling the bag in by two inches. Not sure if the narrower bag is meant to keep the bag from dragging on the floor when it's rolled around - I will be trying to roll this about 40 feet to the washing machine. Never-the-less, although the fabric is better than cloth bags, the smaller than (instruction book) pictured bag leaves me worrying that the bag will wear sooner than it should by pulling apart at the seams. It does have a limited life-time warranty. I do like the portability and folding idea and hope to keep them, so I'll be trying to get a replacement bag. Not sure if I can recommend it or not, but will have to wait see how it performs over time.
