Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Product But Needs Work I bought this for the emptying feature and the remote. The concept is nice. I wish the vacuum would empty and resume where it left off. I agree with the other review about the dog hair getting caught on the ends of the roller. You have to undo the screws and take the brush off and pull out the fur from the edges of the roller and from under the plastic edges. This has to be done about every 3 days which is a total pain. It has to be fully charged when you get it so make sure that you let it charge overnight. It does pick up a lot of dirt and hair but the dust bin is small so it has to be emptied often. We empty it every 10 minutes. A little more design work and it could be a great machine. I run it in a bedroom and hall. I run another brand in the living room, kitchen, & dining room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than the Roomba 800 with one exception I bought this a couple weeks ago primarily because of the self vacuuming feature. I was pleasantly surprised to find it cleans better and more thoroughly than my latest Roomba 800. With one exception. The brush cage. With pets the brush stops the unit about every 2-3 days. To clean the brush you have to not only remove a large yellow thumb screw but a number of small Phillips screws with a screw driver. I am not sure why the unit even has the large yellow thumb screw since you have to remove the smaller screws with a screwdriver. Plus the yellow brush guard creates a block point where hair and fibers builds up requiring the cleaning. Either redesign the brush guards or putting two thumb screws on the unit to hold the brush protector. Otherwise the battery life is outstanding. The only other thing is there are no barriers of any kind which I do miss from the Roomba. This means rooms have to be physically blocked depending on the area you need to clean.
