Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reminds me of Balata I started playing golf 60 years ago and the only thing available was the Balata cover and rubber windings ball. This Chrome soft is the only ball I have ever played that matches the balata soft feel off the driver yet delivers 5 to 10 yards extra to all full shots Driver through wedges. It is not an inexpensive ball but it is worth the difference in performance. I have used the same ball over multiple rounds and so far have seen no loss of performance or feel. Try it! You'll like it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1st hole in one using a chrome soft I can't thank the Crome soft enough for the soccer style paint job on a top of the line ball. For a person having difficulty with focusing on a solid colored ball, this ball has dropped my score 3-4 strokes. Had my 1st hole in one last night during my golf league. 167yd 7iron shot. Being able to make clean contact regularly really helps you feel the softness and power provided by the chrome soft. Customer for life now!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Feel I love the feel and length of these balls. Like another reviewer, I love the fact that the Truvis ball is usually the only ball in any foursome that I have played. I love the fact it is unique, BUT.... as a color blind golfer I find the red actually makes the ball less visible in shady fairways and in the rough. This is a non-issue for most but I will not be using these balls when playing solo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lake Lure, NC Man-cation Review I recently went to the Rumbling Bald Resort in Lake Lure, NC for a 3 day trip with 15 other guys for a 3 day golf retreat. We played both courses (Bald Mountain & Apple Valley) multiple times. I have a high handicap (26 currently) and was punished by the tight fairways, multiple creeks/ponds, and elevation changes on these courses losing (conservatively) a dozen balls over day one and two. On day 3 I purchased a sleeve of the Chrome Soft yellow "soccer balls" as I was leaving the pro-shop. I must say, the balls made a huge difference in my score card 93 vs 107 the first time I played the course. I kept the balls in play and in the short grass for the round and only donated one of the balls on a fluke cart path strike which vaulted the soccer ball into a creek. The ball feels great off the club face and putts true. I have definitely found my new ball.
