Rated 4 out of 5 by from Be prepared to order parts The dresser came in a box with lots of cushion so I thought it was going to be in excellent condition. My husband started putting it together and noticed several parts had dings, gouges, and cracks. We had to order 3 parts, which is not a quick process and we are still waiting on parts a week later. Storkcraft was quick to get back to our emails and I'm glad we ordered it early before Baby arrived. Just be prepared to order parts!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Numerous Broken Parts I'd rate this zero stars if I could. We began assembling this dresser, and there were no screw holes drilled in the right main side of the dresser. And then we thought we'd put the drawers together instead (and just contact them and have them replace the right main side), and 3 of the drawer pieces were literally snapped in half! We didn't even finish taking everything out of the packing after that. We are expecting a newborn in a month, so this is really bad timing. You don't expect something that's several hundred dollars to be so poorly put together. We weren't expecting to have to return it, let alone wait for return shipping, and then processing of a credit in order to re-order something. We have been jumping through hoops trying to have it picked up by UPS to return it. Grateful to Kohls hotline for the assistance, and the pictures looked really pretty, but this item was a horrible mess, and we will be purchasing a completely different item. Not taking another chance. I do not recommend this item.
