Rated 1 out of 5 by from This Processor is No Good So, this is my second processor. Same model but second one because the first one vibrates right off the counter, hit the floor and shattered into a gazillion pieces! It was full of hummus. They should’ve NEVER made a machine that doesn’t stay still! The second machine vibrates everywhere too. Bad design! Every time I turn the machine on I literally have to hug it so it doesn’t shake and move everywhere. It’s dangerous. Don’t buy it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing!!! Absolutely amazing appliance. Don't know how I lived without it for so long. Works like a charm and the box for storing all your blades is so cool and practical. Highly recommend this food processor!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I bought this to replace my Deluxe 11 because several of its parts were worn out after 17 years of use. I was attracted to the dicing feature and the larger liquid capacity. I used it for the first time last week to make coleslaw. The base is much lighter than my 11, the chute is a bit smaller, and it was a little harder to use but no big deal. The first shocker was the horrible bearing howl coming from the base when I pressed the pulse button. I thought the motor was going to shake apart. I got my husband to listen and he said that did not sound good. (We repair tools and equipment for a living.) The second shocker was the cabbage mush above the shredding disc and in the lid groove. There was maybe a couple of tablespoons in the bowl. I was bummed. I tried one more chute full of sliced cabbage and got the same mush result with the same loud noise from the base. I decided then to take it back for a refund. I also thought there was too much plastic incorporated into the discs and stem parts. Thankfully I did not throw away my old 11. I unpacked it and made coleslaw as I have with it for 17 years. I noted how sharp the 11's shredder disc was after so long compared to the new units shredding disc. There wasn't even an edge on it. I am going to replace the worn/cracked parts on my old unit and enjoy it for many more years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Needs coaxing to run! When you remove the bowl and reinstall, the safety feed devices do not let the motor run to process over and over like making batches of slaw. So its on and off with the lid, and on and off,...crazy! Too many parts and yes it does overflow into places as others reviewed. It's cumbersome with all it's food pushers that need to be used if you want to push anything. You must push very firmly too and need strength! Of course the instruction booklet isn't clear and it was trial and error! Am returning it after 2 hours of figuring this all out and one small amount of slaw. I give up! First one we ordered didn't have the instruction book and the whole thing had to be returned to get this one! Have been waiting a month to try it and am very disappointed. Takes gas money to constantly have to return something.
