Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful, comfortable, and all-around perfect! This bike arrived 80% assembled and the rest of the assembly was simple enough to complete. The bike itself is gorgeous! On top of that, it is comfortable to ride thanks to the large padded seat. I've anyway got a ton of compliments on it; everyone wants to know where I got it because they want one for themselves too! I'm 5'9" and this bike fits me well after adjusting the seat and handlebars. I Can't recommend this bike enough!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Difficult to put together The directions for assembly were terrible! The directions were for multiple models at one time. Very confusing! One of the tools (a 15mm wrench) you need to use is an odd size that no one owns or uses for anything else. The directions do not explain how to get the front tire on. I had to completely remove the front brake pads to get the tire on. None of that was in the directions. No matter how much I adjust the front tire the fender rubs on it and makes noise. The seat has a hole in it and the frame was chipped. Not happy! Also, in the picture it looks blue but it is green.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This product was a challenge to put together This is a nice bike once you get it together. It took me a week of working on it a little bit every day after work and a few cuss words. The instructions were not to hard. The part I had a hard time with was the tire. The instruction manual has 2 different front tires. One with a quick release and another one. It showed mine as being the quick release front tire. I could not get it on the way it kept telling me to do it. Finally I tried the other way it said and I was able to get the front tire on. I didn't use a torque wrench like it called for because I did not have one. After I got it put together I just took it down to a local bike shop and they made sure everything was safe and tight for me. After all the cuss words and fighting with it for a week. It was worth it in the end. I love it
