Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is the 2nd Keurig of this model that I have ordered this year so I'm not sure if it is a good deal or not,will see how long this one lasts. I like this model because it lets me pick what size I want to brew and it lets me brew water without a hassle, the other models don't offer these option. The more options the better and they finally fixed the filter holder so someone with arthritis can open and close it to change the filter. Additionally, I just realized that after setting up this Keurig, I did not get the 4 cup coffee urn that is suppose to come with this Keurig. Makes me think this is a return and someone did not return all of it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really recently upgraded to the 575 plus and I like a lot of the features that my older brewer did not have. I love the the selection of cup sizes and I like to be able to brew just hot water in the different cup sizes as well. A bigger water reservoir is always nice. All in all, I like it except for the fact that every time I brew a cup of coffee, I cannot brew another immediately after because I get the message "preheating" and I can't do anything until it goes through the preheating cycle, and sometimes it takes quite a while. This happens with EVERY cup that I brew and it is really irritating me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great improvements I purchased this about a month ago and other than the fact that I could not use some of my old K-cups because they did not have the special edge, I am very happy with it. Keurig did give me credit for the K-cups that I had on hand that were not up to date so that was great. The improvement of adding the 12 oz. option and the "strong" button gave me the incentive to purchase this brewer. I had been waiting since the my Platinum was on its last legs but I did not want the brewer that I had to brew same K-cup twice to get 12 oz. cup and the price of the mug size K-cup is too expensive.
