Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality It seems that Keurig has lowered their quality standards. I purchased this Keurig to replace my old one that I've had for 5 years, which runs very slow even after I clean it, but it still works. This new model is very disappointing. I thought I got a lemon so I returned it and purchased another of the same model. Well, after a month it is having the same issue where it randomly gives an error message and won't brew any coffee..... I don't have time for this in the morning when I'm getting ready for work. Anyway, I have decided to purchase another brand. No more Keurigs at my house. For the cost, they should brew coffee without fail.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keurig is King I've always wanted a Keurig machine and I felt like I was the last person to finally get one, but I am glad I did. The ease of putting in a K-Cup in the morning and making a nice cup of coffee when you're still pretty much half-asleep is awesome. This particular Keurig machine is pretty nice. It is elegantly designed and I love the platinum color I chose. I like the on-demand hot water feature, although it takes a few too many steps to actually have it dispense hot water (I have to lift up the K-Cup lid, make sure there is nothing there, close it back, and then press the button to confirm that I want hot water).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great improvements I purchased this about a month ago and other than the fact that I could not use some of my old K-cups because they did not have the special edge, I am very happy with it. Keurig did give me credit for the K-cups that I had on hand that were not up to date so that was great. The improvement of adding the 12 oz. option and the "strong" button gave me the incentive to purchase this brewer. I had been waiting since the my Platinum was on its last legs but I did not want the brewer that I had to brew same K-cup twice to get 12 oz. cup and the price of the mug size K-cup is too expensive.
