Rated 1 out of 5 by from Newer is not better We bought an updated version of the Keurig since our old machine was not changing the size cup correctly. The new version is not better, it has more features that don't always work. You have to clean out the needle and you can't follow the instructions in the book, you have to unplug the machine and then reset all of your settings, it needs descaling (another product to buy) and again when you follow the instructions you have to do more or your next cup taste like salt. We have K-cups that the machine won't accept saying they are not Keurig brand, although they come out of a box with the Keurig name on it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keurig 575 My son gave me different Keurig systems for Christmas. He has given me all up to the 575 for 2016. I love my son and this machine. I can get hot water without holding the Keurig button. I just push the amount of water I want and then the button.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great improvements I purchased this about a month ago and other than the fact that I could not use some of my old K-cups because they did not have the special edge, I am very happy with it. Keurig did give me credit for the K-cups that I had on hand that were not up to date so that was great. The improvement of adding the 12 oz. option and the "strong" button gave me the incentive to purchase this brewer. I had been waiting since the my Platinum was on its last legs but I did not want the brewer that I had to brew same K-cup twice to get 12 oz. cup and the price of the mug size K-cup is too expensive.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misleading description Says it brews 4-30ozs - and Hot Water on Demand if you want more than 12 oz of anything you need to buy other pods. Not clear in the advertising and if you want 16 oz of hot water you are out of luck. Device is also considerably slower than my old ones and much noisier. The My K cup filter also limits you to 12 oz. Sorry guys, this was a step backwards - likely looking for an alternate provider.
