Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bundle-loaded with surprises! Just received this brewer. Our old Keurig wasn't working correctly after 5 years of use. I can't believe all the goodies we received with the Bundle package. It came with coffee (lots 5 boxes) + sample box + water filter + extra filter + coupons! it didn't seem to end.So far it has a ton of features I look forward to trying. Very very pleased with this purchase and with the quality of the machine and the great cups of coffee it is brewing. Beautiful vintage red machine and easy to use! All thumbs up!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Keurig brewer ever!!! The "new and improved" is super high maintenance and a royal pain in the derriere! Almost every day it's something: clean the needle, change the filter, descale the brewer; when all I want it a decent cup of coffee. Since the drip tray doesn't lock in place, I send it flying across the kitchen at least once a week! Don't be fooled by the number of different brewing sizes advertised. You can still only go up to 12 ounces unless you buy a different kind of pod. If you have a My K-cup, that won't work in this brewer. And neither will a tea bag, unless you can trick it into making hot water with the tea bag hidden. I think my next coffee maker will be an old fashioned Mr. Coffee.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much Happier! This is my third Keurig and I love it most of all! All of the things I did not like about my first 2.0 has been changed in this model. More choices for ounces, types of K-cup I can use, higher temperature setting. It is the best by far!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too high maintenance I bought this machine almost a year ago and have been extremely disappointed. I don't use it heavily at all, usually just a cup of decaf at night. Occasionally someone will be over and it never fails that they try to brew a cup and it interrupts and says needle needs cleaning. I got it because I thought I could brew a carafe at times. I can, but the variety of coffee is so limited I don't even mess with it. The last time I tried it kept saying it needed more water and the reservoir was completely full. The hype around Keurig is just that...hype. It is the biggest pain and high maintenance coffeemaker I have ever had. Sure glad I kept my Mr. Coffee machine because it is much easier to deal with.
