I've been a faithful Keurig customer for many years, but I'm starting to think I need to look for another brand... :( My last Keurig died last month, after less than a year of light use. I peeked online & found this model. Pros: available in gorgeous colors, streamlined body -- takes up less counter space than my last Keurig. Cons: doesn't brew coffee / tea hot enough. I'm literally dumping-out the last 1/3 of every cup... Frustrating. So I have to return it. If anyone has recommendations for a better quality model with a proven track record and/or a different brand, I'm all ears!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the purple Love the new brewer and the fact that I could make a carafe with it. However, I can't get it to shut off. Very easy to turn it on but I usually have to unplug to turn it off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No regrets Finally caved and bought a new Keurig to replace an older one. Love the colors, especially Oasis. Such a happy color to see every morning ! Does it make noise ? Yep, but this is our quietest machine yet. Not a fan of the plastic drip tray but it'll be ok. One thing that almost prevented me from buying this was the size which they claim is 15' D (front to back). My machine fits on top of our coffee storage container. Someone posted a picture of what this looks like ~ very helpful, check it out. I will be descaling often to hopefully make this last a long time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from please be aware I was in love with my keurigs and their customer service until I bought the red pot and found out the I can not use my old pods because they have coded the machine to read the lids and it will not brew my older starbucks pods. It gives you a message that you are not using their product. REALLY why do we need this. I am user of their coffee service and have only bought quality pods for all my pots I don't know if all their systems are this way but I am so disappointed. I found this out when I called because I couldn't get to brew. So please be aware you may be throwing away perfectly good coffee not something I can afford.
