Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's ok This thing is really expensive for what it is. However, I was able to get a great deal. It works pretty well. My biggest issue is that it continues to clog with grounds over and over and over. After calling their customer service, they advised me to dig it out with a paper clip. Also, the guy told me I should be running just water through every time after making a beverage. I'm sorry, but that's NOT acceptable. I would advise going with a higher level of Keurig if you're going to buy one. I wish I had. It makes an ok cup of coffee, but for what it costs it should be good every single time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like this best. I have been using Keurig for years. I have had several machines including Cuisinart. This is my favorite, surprisingly. It is small and takes up little space on my counter. I don't mind having to fill with water each time, since I then know the water is freshly filtered. I just wish the water was hotter. I understand the finer points of why it is not hot enough for me. I just wish it started hotter so I didn't have to worry about that. I also own the carry bag. It is used for camper or when we rent a house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple-Easy to use I had a Keurig coffee pot for 8 years and just replaced it with this one. My previous Keurig had a "tank" to hold the water, I didn't like the water sitting in the tank/Keurig because often times I noticed the tank looked dirty. The tank was very hard to keep clean because of the shape. I chose this new simple Keurig because you pour a cup of water in and it immediately brews the coffee, no more tank to get dirty. This Keurig is simple to use and if you only drink 1 or 2 cups of coffee per day, you can't go wrong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality product & excellent cust service I got my first Keurig last year for my 50th birthday. Just a few days before my birthday this year, it just quit working! I called customer service and went through the troubleshooting and they determined that the machine had broken (for unknown reasons). Here's the thing, even though it was almost a year old, Keurig replaced it at no charge, with no receipt! I gave them the model and serial number and it's on its way with a few cartons of coffee for "my" inconvenience! Now that's what I call customer service excellence. As I told my husband, buying quality is always best in the long run. Happy Customer!
