Rated 1 out of 5 by from ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY I ordered this "drone" for my son for Christmas. He asked for a drone and when I saw this, I ordered it. What a COMPLETE AND UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT! First off the thing is so little it literally fit right in the palm of my sons hand. No bigger. As soon as my son put the batteries in, it did light up, so he got a little excited. But that was it. The darn thing never even got off the ground. And 2 be honest, even if it did, as soon as it landed, you wouldnt be able to find it anyways because its so small. My son was SO UPSET and I was ANGRY on Christmas morning!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cute but extremely disappointing drone There is a huge defect in the engineering design of this tiny drone I bought for my son. I bought this after Christmas for a January birthday gift. First off, I knew it was a small drone, and wanted it for that reason. I figured there would be less damage to anything indoors when my son would attempt flying it inside. It is like super tiny... I thought it would be about the size of your hand.... NO. It's itty bitty and stores inside of it's handheld controller, under a plastic door that locks it in place... Think more like about 2 inches in size for this drone. No kidding. Then you can imagine the size of the propellers. They do give you a few extra, and here is one of the problems. We took the drone out, followed included instructions, had it set up and ready for flight. We attempted getting it up off a table or the floor several times, and all ended in failure. What happens? It either immediately flips upside down and shifts across the table briefly, and loses propellers. Or it will not lift upward in a soft and easy straight up motion.... it keeps lunging in one straight forward motion, and you might get it up off the floor for seconds before it flips, loses propellers repeatedly, and crashes straight down. I kept trying to do some trouble shooting with it, and finally figured out that it doesn't distribute power adequately to all the propellers the same. There is a small charging clip that fits into a female adapter power cord where you charge the drone, and the two propellers on either side of that small power cell inside it are the most powerful. When you try to fly it, since all propellers can't get the same evenly distributed power, it doesn't give it the ability to fly properly, lift off as it should... You can hold it in your hand, turn it on, and see those 2 propellers are turning more rapidly than any other propeller on it. Plus, the tiny propellers won't stay on it all. They keep falling off! Good luck finding where they flip to every time they spin off. Everyone has to freeze, and look hard before they step, and then wind up on hands and knees looking for the darn little buggers. It's super cute, but has no functionality to it, and doesn't begin to do as it's supposed to. Unless you want a micro drone that instantly crashes and loses propellers every single time you turn them on to try and fly it, and feel like being completely frustrated, steer clear of this cute but flightless crashing wonder. You will be disappointed beyond measure. My son's excitement was completely diminished within an hour... and after two days of try and try again of troubleshooting... we hated the darn thing. Waste of time and money. I told him I would just buy him a normal sized drone that he could fly outside... Gotta return this and I am expecting a full refund for the dysfunctional little bugger.
