Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed This TV went blank and needed the screen replaced in a matter of five months and after the screen was replaced there was extreme screen door and pixelation in all of the black scenes only to be fixed by increasing the brightness to the point of annoyance. I tried all sources all inputs with all quality of video sources and the result was the same if a scene goes from black to gray to light there is pixelation and screen door effect in the darkness and in the transition from dark to light . I'm trying to go through warranty again so hopefully it'll be fixed right this time

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall, an excellent product, with one glaring issue I have enjoyed my Samsung Smart TV for seven months now. It has excellent features and picture quality, and the one problem I had with it was quickly fixed, for free. However, the universal remote needs a complete overhaul. Not only are the controls themselves too minimalist and not intuitive, it does not seem capable of supporting an external soundbar. Its instructions are also not helpful; attempting to make changes often results in deleting functions that were originally on the controller. I knew that the controller wouldn't work with my external digital cable box, but I didn't expect it to be so incapable for my other devices as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can't believe the quality of UHD. I needed to replace my old 40" samsung LCD. And based on the options I needed the new tv to have, I really didn't have much choices, and the sales person recommended me to look at this tv, and I could not be any happier. Beautiful display, loots of ports to connect your entertainment electronics. It was so easy to setup, it felt like setting up a new phone, and I didn't have to write anything since it found my galaxy S7 near, and ask me if I wanted to use my phone to setup Internet, Samsung account and, etc. I think that the Series 6 TVs are the best of both worlds, value, quality, and all the extras.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is a Lemon This television has not worked properly since I bought up. The Smart Hub has been re set repeatedly, the TV restored to factory settings; the motherboard replaced TWICE. Malfunctions include: -applications not loading - applications playing with audio and no video - videos freezing (my tv is hard wired to the internet with 50 mbs dowload confirmed) - videos playing and then application throwing an error after a single video completes - application playing without closed captioning Samsung has been unable to make this tv perform as advertised A waste of money
