Rated 2 out of 5 by from Got same necklace twice First of all, the reason for my low rating is actually due to Kohls, not the product. I ordered this product online. When I received it, I loved it immediately and wanted to wear it. Upon removing the necklace from the box, I saw there was a knot in the chain. I tried my best to remove the knot, but no go. So, I returned the item for a replacement. I was excited the day I received it. Low and behold when I opened the necklace, what did I find but another necklace with a knot. I contacted customer service and was told that before they could send another, I'd have to return this one (just as I did before). Sorry Kohls, but I won't take a third chance. The first one should have been removed from inventory, but it clearly was not. I returned the necklace once again.
