Rated 1 out of 5 by from Damaged Upon Receipt Store Product was Damaged I am very disappointed in Kohl's regarding this purchase. While I really liked the style and color of this pillow: 1) detail on pillow was inferior - beaded lines were crooked 2) there were 2 torn beaded lines and they were missing beads with hanging strings I returned this item to the store and was told that they had 3 in stock; when I finally located them in a very messy pillow aisle, they were all torn as bad or worse than the one received via online shipment This is the first time in the >20 years that I've been a Kohl's customer that I received such an inferior product and then witnessed same inferior quality of 3 of same item on the shelf in the store.
