Rated 5 out of 5 by from Any way to raise the wheels? The wheels are so close to the ground that the baby can't roll on our carpet and it is low cut. Any way to raise the height of the wheels?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unsafe, not good quality - lasted 3 months! My eight month old has been using this walker daily for the past three months. She'll be in and out of it throughout the day but doesn't spend extensive time in it. The main seat seam (crotch area) is completely split (see pic). She's under 25 pounds and only in the 50th percentile for weight. I don't think this is acceptable AT ALL. I was annoyed when the giraffe toys had snapped off in the first week, however, I didn't see it happen and thought maybe an older child could have leaned on them or something. So, I didn't think much of it and removed the entire toy bar since there was sharp plastic from the bottom of the giraffes left. I should have realized that it was an indication of the quality of the whole product. The problem I have now is that I'd purchased the item in November since it was a Christmas gift to the baby. However, she was so small she couldn't use it until February. So, now I'm well past the return time frame with the store where I purchased it even though we've only used it for three months! This is extremely disappointing, frustrating and a massive inconvenience. I can only put her in her highchair for now because I'm afraid to put her in the walker in case the rest of the seam fails and she falls to the floor. I'd like BabyTrend to make this situation right and will absolutely never buy from this manufacturer again if they won't do so. I have three children, am considering having more and will make a point to share my experience with the many families we know who also have young children. I understand sometimes a mistake can be made, but this is ridiculous and I feel this situation needs to be addressed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing product I've had this bear walker for 11+ years and is being used for 5th grandchild now. The walker itself is still in great shape. My grandson broke the bears off the bars 11+ years ago as well. Hard not to considering these big bears are enticing to small ones. If you take the bar off you can remove the sticks that hold the bears by removing the screws and taking the sticks off or as we did simply file off the edges from the characters and make it smooth. It still works great with no issues with the bars 5 grandchildren later.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheaply made After reading all of the reviews, I was really hoping I would be thrilled with this walker. However, when I received it, I could tell immediately that it was made of very cheap plastic. The frame seems to be sturdy, but the plastic surrounding the seat and the tray are very cheap plastic and bend very easily. It seems to still be stable, but I'm not impressed. I guess you get what you pay for, but it disappoints me to see manufacturers cutting corners on infant toys and offering cheaply made products. Not sure yet if I will keep this or return it, but either way, I am disappointed. I do like that you can adjust the height and that is why I bought it. And it is nice having a removable toy bar and seat cover that can be removed (not easily, though) and washed.
