Heavy machine
I almost returned this as the small upholstery cleaning head did not work when attached to the wand- it had to be directly attached to the hose to have enough suction to turn the blades. Customer serve person was not helpful at all and even though I provided the model and serial number was telling me about how to get the "water" to come out....this is a totally DRY machine. The hose is very hard to keep pulled out and as my hands are small the hose is VERY difficult for me to hold onto. The machine seems to do a good job but it is heavy.

Highly Recommend Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Upright Vacuum 1650
Prior to purchasing this Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Upright Vacuum 1650, I had a Dyson Animal Hair Vacuum. When it gave out on me, it was just too expensive to repair or replace. I researched a number of pet hair vacuums & the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Upright Vacuum 1650 had the highest ratings in customer satisfaction. Bissell's Pet Hair Eraser Upright Vacuum 1650 is even better than my old Dyson. Yes, it's a little heavier to lift & it is a little noisier, but it cleans 1,000 time better than any other vacuum I've ever owne. I no longer have to cut away pet hair wrapped around the roller, as this never happens anymore. With 3 dogs & 4 cats, this is the ideal pet hair vacuum.

Excellent Vac for the Money!
We have a long hair German Shepherd and her hair gets stuck to everything. Most vacs we've used take multiple passes to get a majority of it. The Pet Eraser takes one pass.

Don't wait to purchase this product if you have a dog or cat
I love it! I have a German Shepard that sheds like crazy. I've used other vacuums to no avail, This product is the best, Would recommend to anyone,
