Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not long lasting I have had these pans for about a year now. When I first got them, I couldn't believe how amazing they work! But after about six months, never turning them in the dishwasher, the "non-stick" aspect stopped working. Even when I spray them with cooking oil they still are incredibly difficult to scrape and get clean. Super disappointing since they were so amazing the first few months!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Fry Pans While I received these product for free, all opinions and thoughts are my own. Since using these pans I am impressed with how wonderful they are. They are light weight not to heavy at all. The nonstick surface leaves no food stuck; clean up a complete breeze with these pans.The long handles are nice along with the stay cool when cooking on the stovetop. Another thing i really love about these pans is that they are oven-safe at 450 degrees which essential. I highly recommend these pans ideal in my kitchen for everyday cooking and they hold up great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Waste Your Food By Cooking It In This Pan I bought this to replace another Calphalon pan that had it's non stick coating flake off. First, I wash my pots and pans by hand. Second, no metallic spoons or spatulas go in any of my pots or pans. Third, all of my cookware is stored with a cotton towel placed between them. This pan was used one time. After one single use the coating on the underside of the pan was missing where it had made contact with my gas burners. After this one single use, the pan is stained and judging by the pattern of the stains, it has developed micro cracks in the ceramic coating. These stains are the result of one 5 minute use. I used the pan to sear three pieces of filet mignon. Prior to use I washed the pan by hand and rinsed. The pan was dried on low heat. The pan's temp was brought to temperature. During preheating, the pan released a strange odor. After two minutes, the odor had dissipated. I seasoned the pieces of meat on a separate plate and placed each piece on the pan with tongs. Each side seared for 1 minute then transferred to a waiting broiler. After cool down, the pan was washed by hand and the attached photos speak for themselves. This is my second Calphalon pan to fail in 6 months. One lasted 5 months before the non stick coating started flaking off. Now after one single use, this one has failed as well. Calphalon... not what it used to be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pans that stand up to any task I received this product for free but the opinions and thoughts in this review are my own. These pans are well made and are just the right weight. I've used them for a number of tasks including making scrambled eggs, searing meats and fish, and cooking vegetables. I've also used the pans in the oven to finish cooking meat all the way though, I love that the pans are oven safe to 450 degrees F. As advertised, the pans truly are nonstick - everything I've made in them has released nicely from the pan and clean up is a breeze. The handle of the pan doesn't get hot when it's on the stove which is also a bonus.
