Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for me I did not actually use these because after unpacking them I noticed part of the ceramic was slightly chipped around the top edge and the metal insert at the end of the handle had come loose and I couldn't get it pushed back in. The handle didn't seem all that sturdy. It seems like all skillets, over time, get bad and need to be replaced, But this time I wanted more, something I felt could truly last. So these were returned and replaced with pans from the Circulon brand (love). Hopefully someone else had better luck when they actually got to use these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AWESOME! We got these pans for Christmas. They are fantastic! You do not need a drop of butter or oil in them. Not a drop! I can even make eggs in them. Flipped an omelet without a problem. I just rinse them off with hot water right away and wipe with a clean paper towel. I don't even have to use soap they clean so easy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these skillets - Don't know how I lived without them! I was hesitant at first to buy these as they had a quilted bottom. I don't use non-stick products at all. I thought I would give these a try. I pretty much am a cast iron, stainless steel kind of person. I can use in the oven and fix a complete meal roast, chicken, pork (usually chicken with carrots & potatoes). Use very little if any oils and just season well. The moisture in the chicken and veggies usually are sufficient.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Pans I love that these pans are PFOA- and PTFE-free, cadmium and lead free. They truly are non-stick. Other reviews have said they do not keep their non-stick ability and some have said they stain. I have used these pans many times and they are great. I have not experienced any problem at all. The directions say not to use non-stick spray but butter and oil is fine. It could damage the non-stick ability. Also, the pan should not be used on the highest heat setting. That could have caused the staining. My pans have not stained at all. They still look like the day I bought them. All I have to do is spray the pan with water and any remaining food particles are rinsed right off which makes washing them a breeze. It is the best pan I have ever had. I love them.
