Rated 1 out of 5 by from it doesn't work! I purchased this brand new and after charging, pairing, and setting up app it doesn't work. At. All. The app says it's fully charged but it says the firmware isn't up to date. Yet I go to the App Store and it says "open", meaning it IS up to date. It will only glow on the charger. As soon as I remove it the app says it is unpaired. Don't buy this!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Couldn't connect to my phone I tried everything to get it to connect to my phone. At the beginning the Jawbone UP2 customer service responded quickly enough, but after I emailed them back and said I tried everything they suggested and it still didn't work they wanted to talk to me directly and said they were open 7 days a week, but when I called it said they were closed so I emailed them my # and they never called me back. I just wanted a fitness tracker that worked, very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy this product!!! This product does not work and the company is going out of business. They have lost their contract with their outsourced customer support. Have been dealing with them since October. They would never send me a warranty form to fill out for a broken band and because it stopped syncing with my phone. The 800# has been disconnected. Buy another product but do your research first!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from device worked for about 2 minutes and then stopped it didn't work for more than 2 mins. I am trying another one but when I was in store and they connected me to customer service, the guy who took my call had me for at least 30 minutes sending another. I think he was just goofing off and doing something else. its was actually the creepiest thing ever. the folks in store were wondering what was going on. I just wanted to get a new device.
