Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Quality Curtain I'm not an expert in curtains, however, I do like these. I purchased the mushroom colored ones for my bedroom. I was surprised to discover that the fabric was slightly textured and has somewhat of a pinstriped design . The pictures depict a smooth fabric, shiny fabric. They are a decent weight and most of the wrinkles can be released in the dryer with a wet cloth, maybe even a warm iron if you are really picky. The color was pretty close to the picture and the length as right on for my windows. The curtains do block out light well, but I cannot speak for the sound or energy efficiency aspects.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice value I like these curtains. I bought them because I wanted to decrease outside noise, better insulate my room, and sleep better without so much sunlight. They do all of the above. I can still hear some outside noises, but they are muted or not as loud. They are great for blocking sunlight. My only complaint in that area is that around the edges the light shines in as the day progresses. I ordered the expresso color, and they are a little darker than I thought, but they are still nice. I also tried the blue color, and while they were pretty, they did not block out as much light as I wanted.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Was Hoping For Better Quality I bought these curtain for my bedroom for 2 reasons 1) to keep out the light and 2) to reduce outside noise. They do well at keeping out the light but if you want total darkness you have to tack to the wall. As far as noise reduction, I have seen no noticable noise reduction after putting up the curtains. The quality of these curtain is not great. In one of the panels there were quite a few areas where the stitching was not right and there was no backing on the panel, therefore allowing light to come in. I had already put them up when I noticed and didnt want to go through the hassle of returning them. Overall, was hoping for something better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Did the job with nice rich color. I bought the denim blue ones for my living room. I live in Arizona and have huge ceiling-high bay windows in my living room, which are pretty, but also pretty hot in the summer, so I wanted black-out curtains to get rid of that sun...and these do just that. They are not wonderfully gorgeous, but I wasn't looking for wonderfully gorgeous, I was looking for black out curtains. These were a nice surprise. Super dark! I guess my only complaint would be more of a variety of sizes, but I just bought the longest ones and hemmed them a couple of inches. No problem.
