Rated 5 out of 5 by from This tree is nice and full and has lot of lights I purchased this tree because I wanted a smaller one than I already have. I gave this tree 5 stars because it has a nice full shape and a lot of lights on it. To me it looks real. It's easy to put up, it has a base and comes in two pieces. The bottom piece is hinged and the top is not, however you will still have to spend some time shaping it up, but once you're done it looks real nice even without decorations, it is not overly tight, it is open just enough to decorate and look good. A good value for the money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's Beautiful But Smelled Terrible This tree is beautiful. There are lots of real looking branches and lots of lights. It is very full and very lush looking. Perfect size. Just what I was looking for. It was way too expensive even on sale, but I splurged. As soon as I brought it in the house when it was delivered, I knew something was very wrong. At first I thought it was only the box that smelled. I was so wrong...the tree smelled so awful, just terrible...as if it had been stored in a damp musty moldy basement for 50 years. The odor was nauseating!! We put in the garage, hoping it would air out and even put it out in the sunshine (which in the winter is rare in Ohio) and that didn't help. A call to the manufacturer's customer service was useless. I was told that number for was missing parts or problems with lights...not for "smelly trees" as he put it. So we decided there was no other option but to return the tree since they were all sold out on line at Kohl's. Maybe next year we'll try again. I do not understand how a manufacturer in good conscience can send out a product that smelled that bad and provided such poor storage for it that it developed that odor. Somewhere someone had to be in contact with that tree before it was shipped, and I can't imagine they would ship something that smells that bad. Also, I can't imagine that was the only bad smelling tree that was shipped. What is wrong with people?? Doesn't anyone care?
