Rated 1 out of 5 by from lasted 2 months I purchased for my husband in December for Christmas, they lasted to the beginning of February. they were used every work day, and the feature of turning off one ear was essential for the work environment that my husband worked in. the first issue was that the ear that was "always on" stopped working. he only had the one ear that had the on off switch. then they stopped working all together. we went to Kohl's and exchanged for a different brand. thank god for Kohl's no questions asked policy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A dud The bluetooth speakers do not hold a charge even though it says it will hold one for 12 hours. I loved the feature that the left ear could be turned off for running and still hear traffic but that didn't work either so I sent them back over 2 weeks ago and still have not gotten a new set.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used three times and returned 1st. "up to 10 hours" is absolute nonsense. On the pair that I got, I got at most 3 hours before they needed to be charged. I thought I would put up with that problem since charging doesn't really take all that long but then... On my third attempt to use them the right speaker started making crackling noises and then the sound would drop in and out, I'd give the wire a slight bend near the right ear bud and the sound would come back on, then release the wire and it would go out again. They fall out far too easily. I don't move around a lot when I'm using them, it's mainly sitting at my desk at work where I turn my head from left to right depending which monitor I need to look at and they tend to fall out far too easily, I tried the entire range of silicone inserts that they give you from smallest to largest, and again with the silicone inserts that have the ridges on them from smallest to largest but they continue to fall out. They pack these with a cord minder on the cord, you're supposed to use it if you don't need as much cord for your size head. I removed it and unfortunately it left the wires all kinked so I put them out in the sun for a few days in the afternoons and it still couldn't remove the kinks from the cord. Overall, I would NOT recommend these even to somebody that I disliked. Returned them last night, which took 30 minutes to do as I didn't keep the box they come in, only the ear buds, pouch, accessories and the water bottle (yes they came packaged in a clear plastic water bottle), and receipt, so they didn't know how to enter it into the return computer until somebody came on shift and said to enter the SKU. And of course, I lost the shipping fees that I was charged for something that weighed less than 1lb, in a much larger cardboard box than what was needed, surely adding more to the shipping price. I like Kohls stores but this particular product that I received was a bad situation from day one.
