Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very narrow viewing angle Samsung 40” LED Smart TV - J5200 series Having used the TV for two months, I note the following issues: 1- The left & right edges of many TV programs are cut off and not visible. This is especially noticeable on news & weather broadcasts. 2- If the viewers are not directly in front of the TV, the colors are faded and washed out. This is a 40” screen and everyone can’t be seated on a straight line in front of the screen. The viewing angle is too narrow. 3- Excessive Audio Positions – It takes too long to change volume level. The remote batteries will wear out quickly with 100 audio levels. Would not recommend this TV to anyone! I expected better from Samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung Smart TV is making me smarter! We LOVE our new Samsung 43" Smart TV. We have it hung on the wall, so easy even with our current TV wall mount. The guide made it easy to get the necessary screws to add to our wall mount. I found the Smart Hub easy to use, and we have added our favorite internet stations. My husband is hard of hearing, and the Sports Mode is perfect for that. The sound is so much clearer than our previous TV. I love Samsung products, and hope toreplace my IPad 2 with a Samsung tablet. Will recommend the Smart TV to anyone. I love being able to view my movies and pictures from my computer to the big screen!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not good with DVD player DVD player audio is terrible. Have to turn TV up to 80 or up to be able to hear the DVD. Trying to correct the problem but so far no luck.
