Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful cookware We purchased one of the smaller white/stainless frying pans about a month ago. We have a gas range. We had used the pan a few times and it worked great. One day we used the pan to heat some bagels and accidentally left the pan on low heat all day. When we got home I immediately noticed the burner was still on. I freaked out but the pan was just fine. Not even a sign of being burned. Needless to say we felt very grateful that our house was still intact but we were also very impressed with the frying pan surviving that day. I plan to purchase more of these pans in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Back to purchase more.. I have owned this set for just over 5 years and now I'm back to buy a second set to grow my pot/pan collection. Prior to this purchase I spent a ridiculous amount of money on 2 All Clad pans but these are my everyday go to pots/pans now! Keeping them clean was a challenge until I discovered liquid bar keepers friend, now my pans always look brand new (also great to remove scratches from stainless steel sinks). I would not suggest frying foods in these, spend a little more and purchase a non-stick or a deep fryer if you need to.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Was expecting better for the price. These pots looked nice and was looking for a nice set with the ceramic nonstick. Quality on these are not very good, they have very thin metal and the nonstick ceramic in the pans wears off quickly and discolors. Not at all good to fry in, if you try to fry something like ground beef what collects on the ceramic burns into it before you are done cooking. They also hold flavors from something previously cooked, you have to soak them in your sink with dishwasher detergent to get rid of it.
