Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasantly Surprised This machine was recommended to me by a medical professional. I was skeptical because I could not tell by the pictures has it was constructed. When I received it, I was very happy with the construction. It is built very sturdy and yet maintains the light weight feature so that it can be moved easily from place to place. Assembly is well documented and takes only a few minutes. It also only takes a few minutes to master the initial rhythm of the machine. This machine is very practical for home use. My wife and I are both using it. However, for us it has an added bonus. We do travel often in our travel trailer. This machine is easily transported and set up while on the road as well. I have used many different types of exercise machines. For the size and cost, the Stamina has exceeded my expectations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use I was originally looking for an elliptical and then came across this compact strider. This is perfect for rooms with limited space. It is convenient and easy to use. Works smoothly under the desk so far. Great for watching TV or studying. Using the arm resistance bands following the video actually can raise my heart rate quite a bit and break a few sweat. This is no substitute for real excercise or real size elliptical but it does get me moving rather then sitting for hours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most Bang for Your Buck I received Stamina's InMotion Compact Strider as a birthday gift almost a month ago. As a former personal trainer, I was pleasantly surprised when such a small, lightweight, and inexpensive machine could provide such a wonderful workout. I also love the convenience of this product. It is completely self-powered, except for the battery-operated step/time/calorie/distance counter, easy to put together, and even easier to use. It is also versatile. You can stride forwards and backwards while standing, with or without the resistance bands, and you can also turn the product around and stride forward and backwards while seated. You can literally burn calories while sitting on your couch watching TV. One more thing that I love about Stamina's Strider is, that while standing, you automatically engage your core muscles and get an ab workout in addition to your legs (and arms if you are using the bands)!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to assemble, use and store I absolutely hate going to the gym to run. I got click-bated to buy this thing and I am happy I took the plunge. It's affordable and will work well in any small living space. I am much more likely to exercise if I can get stuff done while I'm doing it. It does take a little getting used to and is definitely not the most high tech piece of equipment but I like it and like that it doesn't waste electricity.
