Rated 1 out of 5 by from Please read this before you order Honestly, I'm not at all satisfied with my order of Tervis Personalized Cups that I ordered as a wedding gift and here is why: 1)When you go to personalize your cups, you are given 3 lines that you can write on (a top, a middle, and a bottom line) if you just have one word or a couple small words that will fit on just one line and you want to have it centered in the cup and not at the very top then too bad. I chose to center the personalization and wrote what I wanted to personalize on the cups, viewed the automatically generated sample or what it would look like and added it to my cart. Well silly me for thinking that I would be notified or told that if you add a personalization to the cups and don't put anything on the top line then nothing will get added to your cups. Normally this wouldn't be an issue at all and you could just contact customer support and have them modify or cancel the order. Nope, not with Tervis. Tervis is stuck in the 90's with technology that doesn't allow the customer or customer service to modify or change your order once it's placed. Which brings me to the refund. Hope you don't think that for all the inconvenience and trouble that the company has put you through that they would offer you a refund cause if so then you should think again. All you can do is return them for store credit which would be somewhat acceptable in some circumstances, except for you have to pay for return shipping. This isn't the first time I've ordered from Tervis, and I've actually owned/purchased 100's of cups from them over the years, but this will definitely be the last. As someone who owns a company and deals with e-commerce orders every day, I'm literally astounded that this is even something I have to write a review about.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I AM buying this product again I've owned Tervis Tumblers for years. Originally they were given to us as a gift. They are wonderful. They don't "sweat", they keep beverages cold for hours and hours, they're nearly unbreakable. Occasionally, as with all things, wear and tear may take its toll. Tervis offers a 100% guarantee. I've used this guarantee twice over the nearly thirty years I've owned them. This year we bought sets of large tumbler and next size down for each of our married children. There are imitations around, but they just don't match Tervis quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from We have bought this product again and again! We use this product daily for myself and the girls. When you want your beverage cold, it stays cold, when you want it hot, it stays hot. The other two adults in the house use them at night. When I could not find the clear lids, I contacted the company, they explained they had stopped making them but sent us 6 free ones in the mail. Tell, me, what other company would do that? This company has stood behind it's lifetime guarantee each time we sent a glass back.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Design...But The design is great, it is a Tervis product! We had these customized to remember a past trip to Napa with friends. When you design this color of goblet be very careful what color you use as an imprint color or you will end up with the problem we had and that was that on the automated screen that Tervis provides to design your goblet that screen shot allows for all of the imprint colors to show up very well but trust me they do not and that was unfortunate for us. Tervis should not allow certain colors to be imprinted on certain colors of goblets because you will not be able to see what was imprinted.
