Rated 2 out of 5 by from What size wine bottles must you buy to come anywhere near 28 using strictly standard size 750ml bottles - nothing with wide bottoms this only holds 20 bottles with two shelves extracted. Not what was advertised ! What do you display in your ads - splits and half-bottles ??? Very disappointed !

Rated 1 out of 5 by from On second thought.... VERY disappointed. I bought my Newair 27-bottle compressor wine chiller (AWC-270E no longer available)in about April 2013. Very nice looking... worked great, but then only after 2 yrs and 3 mos. I came home w/ a bottle of wine to add and was VERY upset to realize it was no longer working. Who knows how long it had been out for since the digital display only shows you the ambient temp, not the chiller temp. However, I had one placed on the bottom shelf, 72 degrees! Long story short, compressor went out.. now it's just a paper-weight. It would cost more to fix than replace. Too bad NewAir.

First the staff notified me to verify that this was correct and not an accidental triplication of the order. I appreciated their concern. Secondly, the staff at Air-N-Water worked with me to ship on a specific date as to coordinate the arrival time to be the same. As these were gifts, this was very helpful. They arrived on time, well packaged and in good shape. Per their respective recipient, they have been quietly running and maintaining a constant temperature. The units look good, have nice lighting, and fit in well with each owner�_�_��s d�_�cor. Very pleased!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wish I hadn't bought. Digital touch board does not work correctly. Two repairs attempted, parts replaced, constant beeping noises have stopped but temp displays still don't function correctly. Warranty repairs handled by 3rd party. Good luck dealing with them.
