Rated 1 out of 5 by from COLD HEATING BLANKED IN SOUTH JERSEY Brought a Sunbean 2 season ago. Worked fine the first year. The 2nd year worked with very little heat. And this year does not work at all. It's not like we have 6 months of cold weather here. it Just Jan, Feb, March so it actually.... only.... worked for a little over a 1/2 a year. hopefully Sunbeam will stand by their product. AD714

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality I bought the burgundy colored blanket. The color transferred on to everything it touched. All the other blankets and sheets turned pink (although that did wash out.) I had only had the blanket for two months when I first washed it. I followed the instructions EXACTLY. I washed it for only a few minutes on gentle, air fluffed it for a few minutes, then hung it over the shower rod to dry. When I plugged it back in, the monitor just continued to flash. I tried all the trouble shooting suggestions and nothing worked. Had to return it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't Last We bought this as a Christmas present to ourselves - something to snuggle with on the couch while watching TV. Due to an unusually warm winter in our area, we didn't break our blanket out until late January or early February. Even then it didn't get used every night. At first the blanket was amazing! Warmed quickly, stayed warm. So warm in fact that we usually turned it down from a 9 setting to a 6 - or even 4. LOVED my blanket. About 4 weeks after we first used, the blanket didn't seem to stay as warm. We started keeping it on 9 and even then it was just like using a regular blanket. Now it's the first week in April and the blanket is dead. So, in short, the blanket had a life span of about 2 months. Certainly not worth the money.
